She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Clara Jeane Tisher (Carter); her husband Preston Lay, Sr.; her children, Kefni (Kevin Cartwright), David (Frankie Mills), Kevin Mills, Preston (Kim Lay) and Julie (John David Casey); her sisters, Laverne (Harvey Smith), Sheila (Alan Huff) and Diann (Terry Monforte); her grandchildren, Tori Cartwright, Kolton Cartwright, Korbin Cartwright, Dakota Mills, Blayne Williams, Graceann Jewel Mills, Jesse Lay, Mark Hamilton, Allison Casey, Paige Casey, Kaybra Cartwright, Kyden Cartwright, Emery Ridgeway, Karter Ridgeway, Bryton Cartwright, Kaegin Morei and Shawn Morei; her father Lewis D. Tisher; her stepfather Gene Ross; and her grandparents, Teenie Carter, Thomas and Sally Tisher. She was also cherished by friends as a strong and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
