He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard E. Garner and Lois Maxine Garner (Massingale); and his brother Lucky Edward Garner. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Leigh Havel; his children, Cory, Dennis and Alicia Garner; his siblings, Joe Sisson Billy Garner, Jimmy Garner, David Garner and Sue Shelton; his uncle Don Garner; and his cousin Elizabeth Fisher.
