He was predeceased by: his parents, Othal Andrew and Anna Lou Mattingly (Hall). He is survived by: his children, Steven Mattingly (Becky) of Cleveland and Lillian Mattingly of Mannford, Oklahoma; his siblings, Gail Mattingly of Oklahoma City, Harold Ray Mattingly of North Carolina and Linda Mattingly of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, William, Constance and Kathrine. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
