He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Leonard, Sr. and Vada Marie Leake (Brisbin); his brother William E. Leake; his son Gary Leake; and his grandsons, Jacob and Joshua.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Kathy Sizemore (Jerry) of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Larry Leake (Diana) of Douglas, Wyoming, Dean Leake (Holly) of North Ogden, Utah and David Leake of Worland, Wyoming; his brother Corky Leake (Pat) of Cleveland, Oklahoma; and his daughter-in-law Wanda Leake of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Family has requested memorial donations be made in honor of Leonard to the Ozark Christian College Alumni Association.
