She is survived by: her children, Mark Soudek of Cleveland, Greg Soudek of Cleveland, Angela Carter (Robert) of Cleveland, Rod Soudek of Cleveland, Rhonda Grantham (Paul) of Cleveland and Jennifer Peppard (Jay) of Arlington, Texas; her siblings, Carol Yates of Tahlequah, Melva Butler of Oklahoma City and Jess Campbell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Krystle Soudek, David Soudek, Travis Carter, Daniel McGrew, Carlie McGrew, Jason Peppard and Justin Peppard; and her great grandchildren, Camdyn Neeves, Silas McGrew and Christian Wofford. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
