She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Ballenger and Loella Ann Ballenger (Coonrad); her great-grandparent Coeta Robinson; and her brother Kevin Ballenger. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie; her daughters, Telisha Nelson (Erik) of Tulsa and Tara McFarland (Kelly) of Cleveland; her stepsons, Rusty Anglin of Bixby and Michael Anglin of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; her siblings, John Ballenger of Carmichael, Sharon Page of Cleveland and Susan Hanlon of Jennings, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Joshua of Chelsey, R. J., Kyley, Jacob, Emily, Anna and Addison; and her great grandchildren, Grant, Mason, Grayson, Cambree, Raylain, Adaline and Gunner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
