He is survived by: his wife Neda Hilliard; his children, Stephen Hilliard (Jennifer) of Huntersville and Amanda King (Shelby) of St. Hedwig, Texas; and his brother Mark Hilliard (Patty) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
