She was predeceased by: her parents, Amyle Arnold and Blanche Nellie Peterman (Booth); her sons, Marlin Davis and Norman Davis; and her siblings, Amyle Peterman, Tommy Peterman, Edwin Peterman, Wilma Gray, Juanita Collins and Elnora Dawson.

She is survived by: her spouse J. D. Davis; her children, Anita Davis and Rickey Davis; and her sisters, Frankie Wallace and Armina Scott. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
