He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Murray and Mildred Murray (Jelinek). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Elaine Wallace; his daughters, Joann Greene, Deann Koger and Melody Brewer; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Carrier and Davon Koger.
