She was predeceased by: her grandmother Vivian Rea Gentry of Sand Springs. She is survived by: her parents, Melissa Lynn Bentley (Rea) of Cleveland and Robert Bentley; her son Easton Jo Phelps of Cleveland; and her siblings, Eric Bentley of Hominy and Debra Landry of Broken Arrow. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
