With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Wadlin of Cleveland, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Wadlin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolland Copeland and Margaret Copeland; her husbands, Ellis Vaughan and Dr. Jack Wadlin; her son Sergeant Major Craig Vaughan; her daughter-in-law B. B. Vaughan; her siblings, Dr. David Copeland and Mary Carter; and her pets, Miss Priss (Schnauzer), Siberian Husky and Atika.
She is survived by: her daughter Volinda Vaughan of Cleveland; her sister Roberta Heard of College Place; her daughter-in-law Sharon Wadlin O'Meilia of Jenks; her grandsons, Russell, Joshua and Zach Wadlin; and her friend Pastor Stephen Carlile. She is also survived by nieces and one nephew.
Due to Covid, there will be no memorial services.
Jean's son was in Special Forces 30 years, therefore, in lieu of flowers, she would request donations be sent to a Veteran's organization of your choice.
