He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Delano Kemp Jr. and Alice June Kemp (Ludlow); his wife Julia Kemp (Griffith); his sister Kalyn D. Kemp; his cousins, Sheyene R. Ludlow and Troy D. Ludlow; and his grandparents, Hubert D. Kemp Sr., Ruth Kemp, LeRoy Ludlow and Hazel M. Ludlow (Baker).
He is survived by: his children, Lathan, Alicia, Trinity, Jaxon Kemp of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Katie Fontana, Donte Evans of Harker Heights, Texas and Hunter; his daughter-in-law Samantha Kemp of Kentucky; his daughter Cirice Kemp (Trelynn Kemp); his sisters, Stacia (Zeeshan Ahmed) of Gilmer, Texas and Julana (Michael Jaeger) of Waskom, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Fahad, Ahhad, Zaiyd, Zaidence, Taegyn, Safiyah and Kamsyn.
