He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas and Stella Cruzen (Hafner); his wife Vesta Barrett; his son Gary Cruzen; and his siblings, Murrel Cruzen, Versal Allen, Rex Cruzen, Bob Cruzen, Ray Cruzen, Nadine Williams and Roy Cruzen.
He is survived by: his son Larry Cruzen (Beth) of Bixby, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Jeannine, Kimberly, Angela, Mikki, Rob and Katie. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
