He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moore and Vance Moore (Barlow); and his sister Patsy Kesner. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his sons, Jeff Moore of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Brent Moore (Shelly) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Greg Moore (Connie) of Cleveland, Oklahoma. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
