He is survived by: his children, Frank Horine Jr. of Cleveland, Craig Horine (Julie) of Blackburn, Cathy Gowin (David) of Bixby and Carri Hill (Richard) of Norman, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Betty June Rice of Tulsa and Sharon Poston of Chandler, Arizona. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
