He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Bickham; his wife Joyce Hover; his children, Donna Casey (Chris), Debbie Haase (Joel) and David Sissom; and his stepchildren, Joy Hartsock (Bill), Brian Hover (Brenda) and Laura Fulton.
