He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Bert and Mary Veta Williams; his sister Mary Ramsey; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Watson and Lawrence Hull; and his nephew Paul Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Ilaine Fox; his former wife Esther Kalbas; his sons, Carl Williams of Dallas, TX, Robert Williams of Louisville, KY, Charles Williams (Shelly) of Mannford, OK and David Williams of Cleveland, OK.; his grandchildren, Ashley Warbritton (Ryan) of Vilonia, AR, Brian Williams of Louisville, KY, Ryan Williams (Emily Randell) of Mannford, OK, Dana Williams of Louisville, KY and Audrey Williams of Dallas, TX; his great grandchild Liam Williams of Mannford, OK; and his sisters, Doris Hull of Sand Springs, OK and Louise Cable (Kay) of Cleveland, OK.
