He is survived by: his wife Audra; his children, Ally McCulley of Cleveland, Joshua Irwin of Cleveland, Denny Nordby of Cleveland, Kennadie McCulley of Cleveland, Enola McCulley of Cleveland and Chelsea Simon of Edmond; his father Dennis Nordby of Sand Springs; his siblings, Sherry Glenn (Bill) of Cleveland and Dusty Nordby (Sonya) of Cleveland; his uncles, Terry Othoudt of Tulsa and Russell Othoudt of Tulsa; his grandson Jensen McCulley; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Derek, Justin, Jessi, Brad, Ashlee, Blake, Jessa, Kaiden, Baylee, Caleb, Lane, Aiden, Riah May, Lilian May, Randi May, Zander May, Cayson May, Kinzleigh May, Keely May, Riot May, Rhett May, Izabelle May and Ellie May. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
