He is survived by: his wife Cathy M. Black (Caver); his children, Christine Smith (Jeff) of Moore, OK, Brian Hall (Amber) of Yukon, OK, Tony Black (Stacey) of Damon, TX, Russell Black (Anne) of Choctaw, OK and Tamara Black of Oakland, CA; his grandchildren, Alex Black, Ian Black, Devin Black (Kaleigh), Ashlyn Palmer, Megan Palmer, Morgan Hall, Kacey Hall, Stormy Woodard and Vanessa Medina; and his niece Brenda Snyder. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
