She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Lester Owens and Maxine Owens (Smith); and her sister Deborah Dian Lay. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Rebecca (Gerry Nixon), Vickie Day, Rachael (Jimmy Keeter), Charline "Cabby" (Eric Worley), J. W. Day, Jr. (Heather Day), Jack D. (Tamara Day) and David Day; and her siblings, Weldon Lester Owens, Jr., Larry Eugene Owens and Connie Sue Montgomery. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Chapman-Black Funeral Home (108 W Delaware St, Cleveland, OK 74020). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Maramec Cemetery - Ioof (54301 E 5400 Rd, Maramec, OK 74045).
