It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Louise Devlin in Cleveland, Oklahoma, born in Angola, Indiana, who passed away on August 18, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Shoup and Marcelia Shoup (Cleveland); her brother James Shoup; and her grandson Mark Hastings, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William Lewis Devlin of Cleveland; her daughters, Julie Ramirez (Teofilo) of Tulsa and Lisa Hastings (Mark) of Cleveland; her brother Ronald Shoup (Sunee) of Seattle, Washington; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Matthew, Aaleyah, Austenn Ramirez of Tulsa, Stephani Brisbin (Jake), Nicholas, Hunter and Alexi Hastings of Cleveland; and her great grandchildren, Averi, Easton Brisbin, Kai Callison of Cleveland and Bonnie. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
