She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Hughes and Margie Hughes; her former husband Ronald Blankenship; her brother Bobby Hughes; her uncle Gene Norris; and her nephew Cody Hughes.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Stokes; her daughter Vanessa Stokes; her grandchildren, Amber Collins and Isaiah Stokes; her great grandchildren, Cassie and Timothy; her sister Mary Hughes; and her aunts and uncles, Elwood Norris (Mae), Steve Hughes, Rhonda Simmons (Tom), Tella Norris, Linda McFadden, Janice Dunn and Joyce Darst (Jim). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
