It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LaVeta Grace Vore of Cleo Springs, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Sisson and Edna Sisson; and her former husband Bob Vore. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Cell (Charly) of Cleo Springs and Bonnie Shaklee (Rick) of Cleo Springs; her grandchildren, Dustin Earnest, Taren Earnest, Chance Cell (Devery), Mitsy Shaklee, Amber Green (Shane) and Kodee Shaklee (Chris Orr); her great grandchildren, Siera Earnest (Sean Doherty), Stanton Earnest, Taylor Lakey (John), Bodie Cell (Chacy), C. J. Cell, Brock Buller (Kara), Bradon Buller (Chloe), Braxton Buller (Addison), Gentrye Nickel, Easton Nickel, Amistye Nickel and Arabelle Cell; and her great great grandchildren, Jameson Doherty, Savanah, Charlotte Lakey and Lakelyn Buller. She is also survived by great-great-grandsons on the way; numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to Cleo Springs Fire Department and/or Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, two organizations LaVeta felt strongly about. These donations may be made through the funeral home.
