He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Rusco and Ruth Alma Rusco; his sister Edith Ada Rusco; and his stepdaughter Barbara Jean Focht. He is survived by: his wife Nica Maurine Luinstra Cayot; his siblings, Grace Margaret Cates of Mannford, Alice Faye Rosamond of Grand Saline, Texas, Jerry Rusco of Weatherford and Earl Dwight Rusco of Decatur, Illinois; and his stepchildren, Everett Cayot of Canton, Wayne Cayot (Mary Jo) of Okeene, John Cayot (Xylia) of Fairview, Marilyn Cayot of Ardmore and Martha Brown (Percy) of Cleo Springs.

Memorials may be given to Fairview Fellowship Home through the funeral home.
