He is survived by: his sons, Chris Collins (Marla) of Clarita, OK, Brian Collins (April) of Nida, OK and Russell Collins (Ali) of Olney, OK; his stepson Mike Nelson (Peggy) of Coalgate, OK.; his great grandchild Bryce Madden; his siblings, Patricia Griffin of Whitewright, TX, Edgar Collins (Betty) of Bromide, OK, Jim Collins (Linda) of Boggy Depot, OK, Marsha Melton (Gene) of Savannah, OK and Scott Collins (Jamie); and his parent Edgar.
