She was predeceased by: her parents, S. D. Nelson and Tressa Mae Nelson; her husband Nelson Borchardt of Tulia; her daughters, Linn, Shelly Borchardt and Leah Beth Borchardt; and her brother Don Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Christi Beth Fisher (James), Joel Borchardt and Billy Sam Borchardt (Kenee); her brother Larry Nelson (Squib); and her sister-in-law Rena Nelson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
