He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Turk and Mildred Turk; and his grandmothers, Elsie Chiles and Ethel Turk. He is survived by: his daughter Melody Jane Turk (Scott) of Llano; his wife Nancy Louise Turk; his daughter Theodora Turk of Eugene, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Dalenne Garcia (Mike), Lorren Carrasco (Brandon), Winston Trip (Maci), Austin Trip (Brittany) and Flora Nash; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Gracelyn, Jordan, Christian, Mallory, Slayton, Saylor and Maddox; his sister Kathy Smithson (Jack); his nephew Jack; and his niece Tammy.
