With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wesley Jerel Cook-Weaver (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Foyil, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rick Weaver; his brother Jesse Weaver; and his grandparents, Jess, Lela Bentley, Grace and Lawrence Weaver.
He is survived by: his mother Nita "Snookie" Weaver (Bentley); his brother Waylon Cook-Weaver (T. J.); his fiancé Kari House; his stepdaughter Keria House; his stepgrandchildren, Malaki and Atticus; his nieces and nephews, McKaylon, McKenzie, Wyatt, Dallas, Jessica and Seth; his uncle Larry Bentley; and his aunts, Tudy Mabe (Ronny) and Janice Rowe. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Claremore First Methodist Church (1615 OK-88, Claremore, OK 74017).
