He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Sr. Teltow. He is survived by: his mother Linda McGraw Teltow; his children, Raegan (Pixie-Bob) and Heath; his siblings, Gina, Corky and Joe (Penny Teltow); his brother-in-law Rodney; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Holly, Cade, Nicholi, Gentry, Christia, Danielle, Jonathan, Maddie, Samantha Sanders and Wally Rhodes.

A graveside service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Castle Cemetery (107114 State Hwy 48, Okemah, OK 74859).
