She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Kathryn Terrell (Schukman); her husband Jack Clement; her son Richard Joseph Sack; her father Thomas Lee Terrell Sr.; her brother Thomas Terrell Jr.; her sister-in-law Diana Terrell; and her former husband Richard Sack.
She is survived by: her son Ethan Sack. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
