She is survived by: her husband Tony Carter; her siblings, Carol (Curt Bardal), Paul (Wendy Engelman), Nancy LaQua (Engelman) and Jim Payton; her children, Brad (Ericka Anderson), Ericka (Jared White), Kris (Lindsay Anderson), Rachel Carter, Zach Rea (Nate) and Megan Carter; her grandchildren, Jolie White, Mason, Blake, Ava Anderson, Diana, Azalhea and Iluvia Salinas; her pets, Millie and Tippy; and her close friend Shorty. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
