She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde William Byrd and Ricky Emilee Byrd; her siblings, Linda Marie Byrd and Clyde Ray Byrd; and her son Robert Melvin Sims.
She is survived by: her sister Rosemary Saulter; her son Chris Magram; her grandchildren, Cody, Chris Magram, Rhonda Boston and Eddie Mace; her great grandchildren, Zxyler, Ryley, Johnny Magram and Junior Boston; her niece Sabrina Bradley; her nephews, Rodney and Andy Byrd; and her great-nephew Trevor Bradley. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
