He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Medlock and Ruth Thompson (Dilldine); and his brother Boogie Medlock. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sons, Ronnie Leroy Medlock Jr. (Michelle) and Greg Medlock; his grandchildren, Blake, Brandon, Ryan, Julianne, Hunter and Johnny Medlock; his siblings, Judy Medlock, Sandy White and Donald Medlock; and his brother-in-law Rick Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
