He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Sullivan and Sarah Sullivan (Reese); and his brother James Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sullivan; his son Spencer Reese Sullivan; his siblings, Monroe Sullivan (Betty), Charles Sullivan (Gladys) and Louise Gammons; his mother-in-law Frances Kissee; his brother Steve; and his sister-in-law Lisa Kissee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
