She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Kulcke and Marie Kulcke; and her husband John. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelley Knizner (Paul) and Meredith Gatzemeyer (Tyler); her grandchildren, Sean Tucker (Jessica), Kristopher Tucker, Kayley Sakelos (Nick), Paul Knizner, III, Adrienne Gatzemeyer, Kimberly Gatzemeyer and Amy Gatzemeyer; her great grandchildren, Hazel Sakelos, Sage Sakelos and Willow Tucker; and her siblings, Larry Kulcke (Tavie) and Marjorie Cole (Dicky). She is also survived by three nieces, one nephew; and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Ponca City Meals on Wheels in Phyllis' name.
