She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Pete" Fowler; her sister Helen "Ruth" Downing; and her parents, Emma McGuinn and Harmon McGuinn. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Withrow and Latona Hocutt; her grandchildren, Taren Withrow, Tamra Eagleburger (Mike), Devin Withrow (Audrey) and Branden Ankeny; her nephew Regan "Rell" Downing; and her cousin Marilyn Steen. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
