He is survived by: his father William Matlock of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his daughter Caitlyn Cargile of Catoosa, Oklahoma.; and his sisters, Kristina Anderson of Mustang and Brittany O'Neal of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by siblings provided nieces and a nephew.
