She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Hayworth and Lucille Hayworth; and her cousin Barbara Green. She is survived by: her children, Rick Rostek (Lois), Judy Ward (Mike), Amy Vasquez (Don), Nancy Baalman (Roger) and Janet Preisack (Jeff); and her siblings, Alice Dial, Bernadette Beyers (Ronald), Susan Zollinger (Rich) and Joseph Hayworth (Teresa). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
