She was predeceased by: her father Delmar Dean Welch; and her grandparents, Ruth Scott Land, Raymond Scott, Sophia Welch and Rubin R Welch.
She is survived by: her mother Marion Delores Welch; her brothers, Howard Welch, Kenneth Welch and Wayne Welch; her daughters, Branden and Adriene Raleigh; her grandchildren, Lance Shunn (Raleigh), Britney Shunn (Petersen), Ethan Shunn, Katie Shunn, Elizabeth Shunn (Raleigh) and Sabrina Shunn; and her great grandchild Zaire Raleigh.
