He is survived by: his daughters, Emily Kay and Jenna Marie Billups; the mother of his children Lora Billups; his siblings, Paul A. Billups (Kathy) and Leigh Johnson (Richard); his nephew Morgan Billups; and his friend Nancy Dolan.
