She was predeceased by: her parents, JB Cox and Eva Cox; and her brother Richard Cox. She is survived by: her children, Roger Spears and Heather Spears; her sister JoAnn Bailey; and her grandchildren, Genae D'Ambra, Stacia Spears, Kassie Embrey, Marissa Smith and Chelsey Lowe.
