He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen and Juanita Allen (Chapples); and his siblings, Mary J. Wilson, Harold G. Allen, Johnnie W. Allen and Robert D. Allen.
He is survived by: his children, David Allen of Tulsa, Jason Allen of Mannford, Craig Allen (Madison) of Berryhill, Amber Helms (Jerry) of Mannford and Kelsey Allen of Claremore; his grandchildren, Andrew Allen (Amanda), Harley Allen, Knox Allen and Everly Allen; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Bennett and Scarlett Allen. He is also survived by numerous sister-n-laws, brother-n-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
