He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Pete" Doolittle and Geneva Mae Doolittle (Huston); his siblings, John and Tootie; his nephew James; and his siblings-in-law, Trixie, Gary Stinnett and Gene Doles (Fred Proctor).
He is survived by: his grandson Nikolas; his wife Joyce Atchley; his children, Cindy Parsley (David), Angie Proctor (Zach), Kristy Shakespeare (Chad), Joey Doolittle (Kristina) and Lindsey Richesin (Jesse); his grandchildren, Brock, Brady, Kyle, Gabby, Kamryn, Erin, Austin, Addisyn, Brooklyn, Landon and Easton; his great grandchild Waylon; his siblings, Betty Doles and Joe Doolittle (Jeannie); and his children, Stacy, Steven and Amy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
