He was predeceased by: his parents, Worth Millikan and Margaret Millikan (Asbury). He is survived by: his wife Velma Maxine Holmes; his children, John Millikan (Kathy), Cheryl Loveless (Ralph) and Douglas Brent Millikan (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Jacklyn Smittle (Chris), Grant Millikan (Ashley), Nicole Millikan, Bryce Millikan (Kim) and Ashley Loveless; and his great grandchildren, Halle Millikan, Carson Jaggars and Mallory Jaggars.
In lieu of flowers friends may give to the Neighbors Helping Neighbors or the Nature Conservancy.
