He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Heimdale of Broken Arrow; his aunt Helen Leverett of Broken Arrow; his son Daniel Morgan of Tulsa; and his father Jerry Heimdale of Ozark, MO.. He is survived by: his wife Ada Heimdale of Claremore; his son Jack Heimdale Jr. of Cushing; his grandchildren, Specialist Joseph Heimdale, Shaelinn, Sean and Alora; his daughter Elizabeth Jacob (Simon) of Pakistan; his grandchildren, Bimla, Elijah, Alissa, Anna and Josiah; his daughter Kristal Parkerson (Steven) of Plant City, FL; his grandsons, Juan and Jeremy; his great grandchildren, Anastasia, Cayson and Kydon; his daughter Betty Ennis (Matt) of Ochelata; his granddaughters, Madeline, Mallory and Molly; his son John Heimdale (Ronnie) of Tulsa; his granddaughter Jacqueline; his son Michael Martin of Tulsa; his grandson Jax; his son Charles Chastain of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jordan, Chloe, Class Lucas Chastain, Braxton, Micheal and Alyxandrya; his daughter Angela Fitzgerald (Roy); his grandchildren, Emma, Joseph, Aiden and Izzabella; his daughter Mischelle; his grandsons, Jeremiah, Jesse and Aleczander; his children, Class Alton Horn (Faye) and Cali Kelley of Collinsville; his grandchild MaLeah; and his siblings, Class Dan Heimdale (Sue) of Gilmer, TX, Pat Albright (Mike) of Meridian, Sergeant Joseph Heimdale (Diane) of Broken Arrow and Master Sergeant Mark Heimdale (Sonya) of Midwest City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
