It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Ann Padgett of Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Jack and Nona Estelle Williams; her husband Charlie Padgett; and her siblings, Lewis, Paul Williams, Opal Kohler, Cleo Collins and Maxine Tobey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Rozell (Rick), Michael Phipps and Rhonda Blosch; and her grandchildren, Jodi Johnson (John), John Rozell (Tiffany), Jami Smith (Josh), Jill Taylor (Tiger), Benjamin Phipps, Wayne Strong, Russell Strong and Jacob Blosch.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rice Funeral Service (631 E Will Rogers Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
She lived her beliefs through acts of service and by embodying the principles of her church in her daily interactions with others and her charitable donations to several organizations.
