He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Marcum and Lulu Mae Marcum; his brother Jim Marcum; his son David Marcum; and his wife Iris Marcum.
He is survived by: his significant other Iris Ann Green; his children, Kavin (Kim Marcum), Melody (Paul Boeckman) and Marsha (Jim Mueggenborg); and his grandchildren, Hailey, Mitchell Weigt, Brittany Marcum, Niki, Greg Black, Jamie, Dustin Griffin, Tanner, Carrie Mueggenborg, Cody, Chelsea Broyles, Cole, Erin Broyles and Brooke Marcum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested Memorial gifts in Gene Marcum's honor to First Baptist Church of Kingfisher, Oklahoma or Russell-Murray Hospice.
