He was predeceased by: his parent Learl Cook; and his siblings, Barbara and James. He is survived by: his children, Joe, Jessica and Sara; and his siblings, Cathy, Robert, Danny, Mark, Merri, Candi, Brad, Annette and Hollie. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
