He was predeceased by: his parents, Mills Johnson and Nell Johnson; and his siblings, Linda Huey and Steve Johnson. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jodye Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Susan Hutchins, Paul Huey, Derek Johnson, Jill Jordan and Stephanie Johnson. He is also survived by his ten great nieces and nephews and thirteen great-great nieces and nephews.
