He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Livingston and Cora Livingston of Nowata. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly McGuire and Rachelle Caswell; his stepson Scott Boyer; and his siblings, Elizabeth Powell, Cynthia Owen, Jane Grissom and John Livingston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
